White Terror: The Erasure of Culture and the War on the Proletariat

Introduction: The Myth of White Culture

You know that old debate that makes people upset about white people having no culture? Well the white people in charge are getting rid of culture— at least in the federal government.

They frame it as strengthening American culture.

The American culture they wish to strengthen is revealing the nature of modern fascism and whiteness.

The culture war now has its conclusion on white culture vs diversity. It is clear that white people have no culture. White culture either dissolves cultures that get incorporated into it or attempts to destroy other cultures.

Far right think tanks like the Heritage Foundation and America First have been hard at work for decades to reverse the momentum from the civil rights era.

Since the victories in the civil right era, efforts to increase diversity have been contentious but growing. It seemed like, despite opposition, people would be required to learn to be more progressive and embrace diversity. Instead of complying, the far right orchestrated an extreme reaction to try a fascist takeover by forcing everyone to use more fascist— Ku Klux Klan— ideology. They do it through the media channels they own, the institutions they control, and the current far right MAGA network that is running through the federal government, more than half of American states, and other countries.

The Right-Wing Agenda: Reversing Progress by Destroying Culture

The new administration in the White House has taken a number of actions to strengthen their efforts to erase culture from the country.

The new head of the FBI, Kash Patel, is a far-right politician. His new direction will lead the FBI away from investigating white supremacist domestic terrorism, and instead towards Black Lives Matter and Anti-fascists.

The federal government has:

  • Cancelled Black History Month during Black History Month and all other cultural holidays.
  • Eliminated most of the Department of Education in an effort to eliminate infrastructure defending schools from fascist white washing or as they say, “end woke-ness.”
  • Cancelled funding for any institutions who teach about America’s diverse history and evidence of white people’s terrorism.
  • Renamed the Gulf of Mexico, changed a bunch of other names back to the racist imperialist names the white people gave them before, and erased a bunch of websites talking about women, indigenous, black, poc, disabled or any identity/ cultural category.

These actions are a part of a collection of efforts to fight what they call wokeness, DEI, or something else more offensive, but is essentially culture as a whole; thus making the case for whiteness being anti-cultural.

Whiteness as Anti-Culture

The MAGA right does not claim to be explicitly trying to represent white people. They deny it, even though they are effectively representing white people. Opponents of Trump and MAGA will agree it is obvious that Trump is a racist and a white supremacist but his record is a bit more complicated. The way Trump does and says racist things but denies being a racist when caught makes him not racist in the eyes of his supporters. Judging by the fact that he poses “the Blacks” as a different faction of America, he does represent White people and not a race-less America.

His attacks on culture are part of the evidence he is representing whiteness on a fundamental level.

Whiteness is way of life which is malignant to culture. When studied, it can be seen to attack other cultures and try to white-wash them— make them white. At the core, whiteness leaves the person without an identifiable culture or origin. Being black can be similar, if it divests one from their ancestral origins.

The first people who used the term “white” wiped away their tribal indigenous roots and proceeded to do it to the world. They allied themselves only with other white people. At first, the white label was preserved for the few people who associated with the creators of the idea. Over time it applied to more people, after they had already been the subject of hate.

In the United States, Bacon’s Rebellion is known as the first time laws were created to promote racist division among black and white slaves and servants. During Bacon’s Rebellion enslaved Africans and indentured Europeans and Africans fought against the landowning class. The laws made conditions worse for black people by reducing their paths to freedom and gave white people more privileges. They also prohibited marriage between white and black people which lasted until 1967.

Whiteness today could relatively apply to anyone as long as they ally themselves with the overall body of whiteness. MAGA seems to be willing to give minorities membership as long as they can be serviceable.

The end result of white-washing is the adaptation of all others/ non-white people into the whiteness paradox of thinking they are white and that it is good while simultaneously being second class citizens and forfeiting their culture. Even though the white identity has become so perfuse that so many people try to live up to it or treat it subconsciously better, the white identity still only serves the small amount of people in power.

As everything has become vulnerable to the effects of whiteness, everyone’s culture is for sale and for enjoyment as a commodity. People have to work and slave away instead of genuinely enjoying their own culture. Those who escape slaving away might accomplish freedom from slaving by becoming white-washed. They might celebrate their original culture as an homage rather than a participatory or transformative experience.

When culture is sold it is limited to be accessed through the economy. Our cultures become alienated into individual skills rather than feeding a vibrant community. Those people who do have the chance to use their culture have the richness of their ancestors— the richness stolen by the white people’s peons. The stolen riches are now enjoyed for a disproportionate price that is basically stealing.

The elimination of cultural and progressive minded ideas for society does not create the push for moving on, forgetting about problems, and being one big happy family. The elimination of culture is an essential aim of white terrorism. The white terrorists at the top of the pyramids are detrimental to all people including those who identify as white.

A lot of racism is prompted to show itself by those white people in charge. I wonder how real it is and how much of it is people just listening to the new age slave masters creating more havoc while they exploit us.  It is like Bacon’s Rebellion. They want to keep us separated. These days they say it is woke-ness and culture war that keeps us separated. In reality, it is the war against all of us that is keeping us separated.

They are creating the problems. They are creating new racists, misogynists, and rapists as whiteness has always been a system for domination.

The Culture War is a Class War

The evil overlord’s creation of the many identity based and cultural problems that distract us has made us invested in the identities and their ensuing conflicts.  Identities in the whiteness landscape— which has given everyone a color identity and matching status— are most useful to serve white people and deceive your own people. Beyond that, one could use it to create unity but instead it tends to fuel the culture war.

The fact that they have been using the divide and conquer strategy for so long means the racism from it is both deeply ingrained in us from repetition and also hard to maintain since it must be repeated.  It can come to a point where people are justified to lock into a culture war, but this war has its victim, unity— a unity we desire. It is a unity the current administration claims to want, but of course they are the true white people so they are still intent on fanning the flames with their constant attacks on migrants.  They frame migrants as competition to black people and hispanics who are citizens— a comparison that frames us all as dangerous to white people who can become hostile as well.

We can have unity within a recognition of a very lost identity, the proletariat. The proletariat is the counterpart to the bourgeoisie. In other words: we are the proletariat. The proletariat is not a thing that we should try to stay though. We must recognize that we are the proletariat so that we can heal ourselves from the proletarianization/ impoverishment of the world. The proletariat can only exist as a slave of the bourgeoisie.

The culture war does become a class war when one becomes more aware of the trappings of a culture war and the advantages of a class war. The advantages are: freedom and collective ownership of the planet rather than collective slavery to the whites. Since the whites are, in reality, the capitalists at the top of the pyramid who are also the true bourgeoisie, we could trade the culture war for a class war.

It would be more effective to use both and do away with the distinction between class and culture. The classes are cultures as well. In a world which has been completely invaded by capitalism, its essential dualistic categories make up our collective experience.

The Proletariat Must Reclaim Culture and Power

In the duel between the bourgeoisie and the proletariat, the proletariat is nearly invisible in the contemporary symbolic world. They are only shown as a worker, loyal civilian, or a wary criminal. In most stories, they are the guiltiest, even though they possess the smallest amount of symbolic power.  Proletarian power is best wielded as a collective force to free the collective from bondage.

Most individuals famous enough to be known by many proletarians are idolized at least by some. Their fanbase can carry them to be known eventually by people who aren’t even fans. Those people are hardly ever idolized for being the proletariat. Sometimes they might be relatable. During these times of anticipation for social upheaval, the bourgeois idols appeal to us by being relatable rather than exclusive and out of reach as they did in the past. It is a sign that we as the proletariat are starting to desire a shift which prioritizes us. As relatable as the idols can be, they are idolized for being the bourgeoisie who is not like us.

The proletariat has an identity crisis. We heal it by living vicariously through the models provided to us as entertainment. Entertainment is the easiest form of education, because we like it; it is addictive. The models are all bourgeois lessons and culture. They are the same culture of whiteness which white-washes everything and becomes fascism.

The proletariat aims to become bourgeois, because the proletariat is treated as shameful. The cycle repeats itself until it becomes fascism. It doesn’t deliver the advertised ending of everyone making it out of the proletariat. Enough people become libidinally tied to being bourgeois and white washed that fascism becomes an inevitability.

The advertised ending of everyone making it out of the proletariat is from class victory. The proletariat must be victorious in freeing ourselves collectively from our bondage to the other— the bourgeoisie.

The bourgeoisie is known as being bougie. As being hard to please. Snobby. Expensive. Brand name focused. That is their appeal. Exclusive. Supposedly high class. Better than everyone else.

That is inhumane and basically a path to fascism.

The proletariat doesn’t even have a nickname. The old school one is the proles, but that doesn’t sound appealing.

I say the proletariat are the pros or pro. Professional should be synonymous with the proletariat because we do everything and if you are doing something for someone else as a professional you are still the proletariat. If your income could be taken away from a loss of employment, then you are the proletariat and you are a pro. We need to rise up as the pros and take over what we are creating. The bourgeoisie who only buys our labor and exploits us through a wage is not the pros. The proletariat is the pros.

We need to be the proletariat to end the proletariat. Trying to be the bourgeoisie creates another weakness by erasing the proletariat.

Our culture is rich. The bourgeoise’s culture is poor. We can unite around being the pros. We are divided once we try to be the bourgeoisie. Our division causes us misery and undue poverty. We should be much richer than we are— even if you make six figures.  The bourgeoisie’s hoarding and destruction robs us of the potential for better— for a true golden age. The end of the world is the consequence for repeated disobedience to the needs of the people and the planet. It is the consequence for continuing the habits of bourgeois life and neglecting the needs of a proletarian revolution aimed at saving the world from our already implanted mistakes. Fight to save the world! Liberate the proletariat! Win the duel against the bourgeoisie.
